Getting started

01What does Moil do for a small business?
Moil learns your business once — what you sell, who buys, how you talk — then makes the work you do not have time for. Ask it for market research, a business plan, a flyer, a pitch deck, a week of staff shifts or a month of posts, and it produces the finished thing. It works in English and Spanish.
02Do I need marketing experience to use Moil?
No. Moil interviews you about your business in plain language, by voice or text, and does the strategy work from your answers. You review and approve what it writes. Most owners have their first month of content drafted before they finish the conversation.
03Does Moil work in Spanish?
Yes, end to end. Onboarding, market research, your plan, the content calendar, captions and coaching all work in English or Spanish, and Moil keeps writing in whichever language you use. Very few small-business marketing tools are genuinely bilingual rather than machine-translated.
04Is there a free trial?
The first conversation is free and needs no card. You see what Moil learns about your business and what it produces before you pay anything.
05Can Moil build staff schedules?
Yes. Ask the coach for something like a week of shifts for five employees with breaks, and it will build it from what it already knows about your business. It is a conversational capability rather than a rota screen, so treat it as a first draft you adjust rather than a scheduling system of record.
06Can Moil help me hire?
Yes, though it is not what Moil leads with. You can post a role and reach the candidates on Moil’s job marketplace. Most owners come to Moil for the work and use hiring occasionally, when they need it.

01How much does Moil cost?
Market Pro is $75 a month: the whole month written for you, plus the work — research, plans, documents. Professional is $25 a month: the research, plan and documents, plus a taste of the studio. The first conversation is free and needs no card.
02What does Professional include?
Professional, $25 a month: the co-founder — research, a plan you can take to a lender, coaching and documents — plus a taste of the studio: 3 posts a week with generated images, which you approve and publish yourself. No automatic month, no video, no carousels.
03What does Market Pro include?
Market Pro, $75 a month: everything in Professional, and Moil360 writes your whole month — 7 posts a week, carousels, video, LinkedIn as well as Instagram and Facebook, and publishing on autopilot.
04What is Moil360?
Moil360 is the 30-day content calendar Moil writes after it learns your business: researched topics, captions in your voice, hashtags, and generated images, laid out day by day. It refreshes every month rather than expiring like a one-time deliverable from an agency.

Publishing and connected accounts

01Does Moil post to my accounts for me?
Yes, to Facebook and Instagram. You connect the accounts once and review what Moil writes; anything you approve gets scheduled and published for you — image, video or carousel — and Moil reads reach and engagement back afterwards, so over time it posts at the hour that has actually worked for your business. LinkedIn, X and TikTok are not connected yet, so for those you take the finished post and upload it.
02How is Moil different from Buffer, Later or Hootsuite?
Those tools publish content you have already written. Moil writes it, then publishes it too. It researches topics for your market, drafts captions in your voice, generates the images, and posts the ones you approve to your Facebook Page and Instagram. Where they still win is reach across networks: they publish to LinkedIn, X and TikTok as well, and they run an inbox for replies.
03Nothing publishes without me, right?
Right. On Professional you approve and publish each post yourself. On Market Pro, Moil360 stages the week for your review by default; publishing without a review is a setting you switch on, and you can switch it off again at any time.

Billing and cancelling

01How am I billed?
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; Moil does not store full card numbers. See the Terms of Service for the full wording.
02How do I cancel?
Any time, from your account settings or by emailing cs@moilapp.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your data and privacy

01Who can see what I tell Moil about my business?
You. Your business profile, plans and content are private to your account. The providers that process data on our behalf are listed on the subprocessors page, and the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum say what each may do with it.
02Can I delete my data?
Yes. Request deletion from your account settings or by emailing cs@moilapp.com, and it is carried out as the Privacy Policy describes.
03Is Moil the same as MOIL Limited?
No. Moil is Moil Enterprise Inc., founded in 2023 and based in Buda, Texas, and it builds software for small business owners. MOIL Limited is an unrelated manganese mining company listed in India. The two companies share a name and nothing else.
